We specialize in higher-end homes so we can provide higher-end services to our clients.

In addition to management, we can take care of the rental listing. Peake lists and sells/rents everywhere. As professional residential property managers we have a very consistent qualifying policy in accordance with Fair Housing that works! While checking references and credit cannot guarantee a perfect tenant, over 98% of our tenants pay on time. We’re proud of our track record of great tenants throughout the decades.

You’ll receive online statements on a monthly basis. They’re easy to read and provide a complete account of all money received, from and detail on all of the expenses. It’s great, you click on an expense item, and up pops a copy of the actual bill! We work to make all of the accounting very transparent to our clients. It’s all about making it easy for you.

We’re always looking to negotiate lower prices on standard repair items and service contracts, while still maintaining a high level of service. We firmly believe consistent upkeep is the way to maintain and increase the value of your property, as well as making it a more appealing rental.
